Not sure what's up with the reviews I just stumbled upon these reviews whilst searching up a question online. And I thought I'd add to them. I have no idea why Aternos has so many bad reviews. I've been using Aternos for nearly a year (I have ~600 hours clocked in on my SMP) and it has never taken more than 10 minutes to start up.

In simple words, the whole concept of the Aternos is to provide free servers without charging you a single penny. Aternos is one of the only free Minecraft server hosting services. Like other free services, there are some limitations: 1. Sometimes you need to wait in queue and the queue duration is different across regions.

Absolutely terrible. The staff on Aternos are totally ignorant to the issues, they don't listen to anyone. If someone gives them any sort of issue, they instantly tell you that you're lying. I had an issue where WorldGuard would get randomly removed from my server after LONG PERIODS OF DOWNTIME.
